This is the greatest insight that Marianne von Dach has brought to consulting from her many years of experience as an executive in the top management of two Swiss clinics. As a consultant, she supports managers, teams and departments in clinics in unfolding precisely this learning and development potential. «How can existing knowledge be used best for the benefit of the patient?» is a key question that guides her. Marianne von Dach works with a toolkit for systemic and resource-oriented organizational development.
