Kati Lanu

During her journey as an entrepreneur, CEO and modern marketing consultant Kati has seen the difficulties in managing change and putting great strategies to work. She has found her own mission in helping organisations translate strategies into employee and customer language, help people at work reach a better mutual understanding and engagement, making goals and actions more tangible. Kati also likes to work for better working culture and employee experience. She believes in strong collaboration and loves to facilitate workshops. Kati has a Master of Science degree in Economics. Life-long learning is a kind of motto for her, so she has also attended many marketing, branding, service design and facilitation courses. At the moment coaching and work counselling are on the learning agenda.

Good to Know

  • Kati loves Spain (does not yet speak Spanish fluently, but is determined to do that in a couple of years!). Visits Malaga several times a year if possible. Is a member of the board of Finnish-Spanish Association and editor in chief for the member magazine.
  • Long walks by the sea or in the forests with her dog is the best way to relax and re-charge.
