Ari Väisänen

Ari, member of the Lean team within Innotiimi-ICG, has the nickname Lean Navigator for a good reason: He guides and supports organizations in their Lean transformation. Ari’s Lean thinking is a reflection of his strong industrial background – he has vast experience in the automotive and power transmission industry. Ari works inside organizations as a developer of Lean management and operational excellence processes. His goal is to create success factors for organizations in order for them to achieve their target states while navigating on the safe and solid ground of their Lean path. Ari knows how to combine common industry specific perspectives into strong everyday customer values. He discovers where the typical pitfalls are hidden and how those problems can be solved with the people involved. For Ari, Lean is a holistic approach to customer value creation. His passion for the Lean journey is mainly focused on its various development techniques. "Improving the quality of processes is engineering knowledge at its best, when creating a sustainable foundation for tiny successful development steps," Ari crystallizes his thoughts. He believes that for the growth of emerging organizations, it is essential to know the processes and related functions, to enable conditions for generating customer value.
